Cocotinos Sekotong is located at Sekotong Bay, on the south-west side of Lombok islands. Guests arrive at the Selaparang International Airport in Mataram and need only 1 hour drive to get through busy but well-swept towns, lush green rice fields and verdant forests; the final part of the journey follows a winding coastline from the picturesque Lembar Harbor to a secluded beach at Tanjung Empat. We have chosen this paved site and there is availability of electrical power and good telecommunications links all the way starting from the airport to the resort. Furthermore the resort’s site faces three coconut-fringed white-sand island, named Gili Nanggu, Gili Tangkung and Gili Sudak. Fronting the resort lies over 300 meters white sand beach, part of this belongs to a private cove. While the northern Gilis (Trawangan, Meno, and Air) are well known and developed, the 3 islands in the south-west area are still uncoil and idyllic tropical.
Gili Nanggu which faces the resort directly has already its own reputation as one of the best snorkeling site on the island in the world by Silk Wind Magazine. Apart from the 3 island area which is facing the resort directly, there is another 10 uncoil and idyllic tropical island within an easy boat ride.

Cocotinos Sekotong is designed along similar principles to our first Cocotinos resort in Manado; but in here it will be more grandious and luxurious while still maintaining the cozy and personalized atmosphere, which is now the signature of our Cocotinos brand. While our Manado resort is primarily focusing on scuba diving activities (Manado being known as one of the best diving haven), Cocotinos Sekotong will provide not just diving and but much more in particular. The white-sand beaches and nearby surrounding island make the location just ideal for a romantic getaway and various kinds of water sports as well. Presently, there is only one dive operator in our Sekotong area and no other operator at other major resorts.
Cocotinos Sekotong will be the first of its kind to offer guests the opportunity to enjoying and exploring this beautiful, enchanting part of Lombok in a grandious and luxurious way. The south part of Lombok is also well known as an exciting world class surfing destination.

We have re-designed our rooms with different levels of luxury to cater the varying needs and budgets of our guests. If you are on a romantic gateway, you can opt for our exclusive double-storey Rinjani villa with private rooftop facilities for sunbathing, and not to forget also our uniquely designed Tangkung Villa or one of our Water’s Edge Villas for the perfect holiday. Each one of these five villas has its own private plunge pool overlooking the sea. Our Garden villa rooms are all built as duplex units, 2 rooms under one roof. The Terrace rooms are all built under 1 single roof.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with safe-deposit box, en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water, and complimentary bottle mineral water. Our mattress’ sizes are 2 m x 2m for the king bed and 2m x 1m for the single bed and day bed. Our room configuration consist of 15 rooms with each king sized bed and 13 rooms with sharing single beds. We totally provide 28 rooms, which 8 of them are adjoining as twin sharing. Baths are only available in the Water’s Edge Villas, Tangkung Villa and Rinjani Villa.

General facilities include a fresh water swimming pool, restaurant & bar, digital studio, kids’ playground, spa (Laleina Spa) and a sea sport centre run by Odyssey Divers- Euro Divers International.

Rinjani Villa
The Rinjani villa is a double-storey with its bedroom on the ground floor and having the entire upper floor open-air and semi-covered by an iron wood shingle roof. The villa is named after the tallest peak on the Lombok Island, Mount Rinjani.
Our roof top is designed to be a private and intimate space for relaxation, with a sleeping platform surrounding bath and two sun deck chairs. There is also a shower room, toilet and pantry. Whether you are upstairs sunbathing or downstairs soaking in your very own private plunge pool, a spectacular view of the sea is all yours to enjoy.

Tangkung Villa
The Tangkung Villa is a two-room accommodation with separate living and sleeping room, master bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower and a private plunge pool off the veranda from which you can have direct access to the beach. Tangkung Villa is named after Gili Tangkung next to Gili Nanggu across from our resort.

Being on the water’s edge, each room has an uninterrupted view of the sea, a private plunge pool off the veranda from which you can have direct access to the beach.  The private veranda is built extra wide, with a 2m x 1m day bed so that you can enjoy the outdoor and the sea view, The bedroom includes a free-standing central bath leading to the outdoor shower offering a unique photos-taking opportunity for romantic couples.

A garden villa room occupies half the footprint of a villa. Its high ceiling gives the room an airy, comfortable feeling, beautifully appointed for your enjoyment. From your room, you can walk out unto your private veranda which is set in a lush tropical garden with direct and indirect views of the sea. Bathrooms are spacious and conveniently designed for either couples or twin-sharing guests with indoor and outdoor showers.

Terrace Rooms
The Terrace Room is comparable in layout to the garden villa room, but has more compact size, with a smaller veranda and bathroom. There are two blocks of terrace rooms with 4 rooms under each roof. Direct entry from the veranda is accessable and all verandas are separated by bamboo partitions. The Bathroom in the terrace room is even smaller in size, but well appointed and features a small indoor garden. There is no outdoor shower.
